CODE OF CONDUCT

Back2Basics Coaching aims to ensure that the young and aspiring players we work with can attend coaching without any fear over harassment, discrimination or bullying of any kind.

As a result we operate a zero tolerance policy with regard to the aforementioned. This includes, but is not restricted to, behaviours that are abusive or aggressive based on:

• Race – Skin Colour, Nationality, Ethnicity, Citizenship
• Religion or Belief
• Sexuality
• Gender
• Disability
• Physical Appearance
• Background – Status, Wealth, Family etc

This can range from verbal abuse, intimidation, exclusion and more physical forms. The list above is not exhaustive. Further, it may be added to when appropriate.
